ReadyMade Works is gearing up for a great year in 2015 with plenty of classes, professional development opportunities, workshops and dance residencies.
Here are two great reasons to check us out;
Performance Lab 2015; a two-week performance and training intensive with acclaimed New York based theatre and movement artist Barney O’Hanlon (SITI Company siti.org) and director Laura Sheedy (Princeton Sound Kitchen).
This intensive will allow performers, directors and educators to function together spontaneously and intuitively and equip theatre makers with skills to generate dynamic work quickly. The aim of the two week intensive is to offer artists a range of physical theatre disciplines including Viewpoints, Composition and Movement training.
This is a not to be missed professional development opportunity!!!
At the conclusion of the two week lab there will be a showing at Carriageworks in TRACK 12.

RISE UP SINGING – AWARENESS THROUGH VOICE a unique masterclass
with Polish artist Anna Zubrzycki
This intensive five day workshop with the extraordinary Anna Zubrzycki will help performers to connect deeply to the emotional and imaginative source of their singing and speaking voices, too often neglected in performance training. The workshop will focus on techniques to cultivate Mindfulness; a natural,
relaxed state characterized by an awareness of the here and now, free from judgment. This allows performers to connect to their rich inner imaginative and emotional world and use this connection to inform their vocal expression.
Anna Zubrzycki is a highly experienced actress, theatre director and teacher, co-founder of the internationally acclaimed Teatr Pieśń Kozła / Song of the Goat Theatre in Wroclaw, Poland
WHEN: Sat 17 – Wed 21 January 2015, 9am-1pm each day
